Poll No. 198

The latest poll on the Palestinian public opinion focusing on the political and economic situations, prepared by Dr. Nabil Kukali, revealed the following key results:

  • (50.3%) of the Palestinians hold the two major movements, Fatah and Hamas, accountable for the continuation of the power division between Gaza and the West Bank.
  • (50.7%) believe to various extents that the Iranian intervention in the region is bad.
  • (79.2%) do not believe to various degrees that Netanyahu’s government is committed to the two-state solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
  • (68.3%) evaluate their economic situations as ‘bad’.
  • (54.1%) oppose the outbreak of a third Intifada as a result of the stalemate of the Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations.

Poll No. 197

The latest PCPO-poll prepared by Dr. Nabil Kukali revealed the following key results:

 

  • (64.3%) of the Palestinians evaluated their economic situations as ‘bad’.
  • (59.3%) are in favor of boycotting the Israeli products. 
  • (51.6%) believe that there is a strong link between the results of the Israeli elections, the election of a new Prime Minister and the problems that will take place in the Palestinian territories.
  • (30.0%) are in favor of returning to the peace negotiations, whilst (41.0 %) oppose that.
  • (32.5%) would immigrate to a Western country.

Poll No. 196

The latest PCPO-poll prepared by Dr. Nabil Kukali revealed the following key results:

  • (59.9%) of the Palestinians oppose the dissolution of the Palestinian National Authority.
  • (60.6%) are in favor of halting the security coordination with Israel.  
  • (56.3%) support the reintroduction of the Palestinian – Arab draft resolution to the United Nations Security Council.
  • (46.3%) are in favor of halting the communications with the United States, whilst (33.2%) still oppose such a step.
  • (59.2%) evaluate the position of the UN-Secretary General as “negative”.
  • (21.1%) believe that Isaac Herzog will be the next Israeli Prime Minister.
